Breakdowns can occur anytime, anywhere. With RoadWatch, the XTRA Lease emergency road service, help is just a phone call away, 24/7. When a driver contacts our in-house call center, we promptly dispatch help from the nearest authorized repair vendor.

Our network of 30,000 authorized repair vendors helps us get you a quick response. In most tire-related cases or minor repairs, your driver will be back on the road in three hours or less.

 

RoadWatch for Leased Trailers

Customers have a choice of service levels for leased trailers:

RoadWatch Full Service

  • Included with our maintenance Service Package
  • 24/7 access to emergency road service
  • No subscription charge
  • Automatic billing for tire wear and related expenses
  • Vendor repair and service fees  are direct pass-through expenses
  • Email notification when your driver is back on the road**

RoadWatch Lite

  • Available with XTRA Lease’s Net/Net or Standard Maintenance packages
  • 24/7 access to emergency service  with a per incident charge
  • Customer is responsible for all related charges
  • Email notification when your driver is back on the road**

No RoadWatch Service

If you choose not to take advantage of RoadWatch and your leased trailer needs emergency road service, you're responsible for arranging for it.
