At XTRA Lease, the Operations role is pivotal to our customers’ satisfaction and the success of a branch. You’ll oversee equipment management and customer service in your local market. You’ll deliver great service as you build skills in service management, communication, and developing customer relationships.
Operations Manager—A branch's Operations Manager oversees all aspects of the equipment, processes, and customer service in the branch and supervises the branch's Operations Assistant(s).
Operations Assistant—Our Operations Assistant position is the entry point for many of our employees. If you have a college degree and a love for customer service and lots of different activity, this could be a good fit for you. Don’t worry–you don’t have to be a trailer expert when you start—we’ll teach you! And once you’re trained, you’re eligible to be promoted to Operations Manager and will relocate to take charge of the operations at your own branch.
