As an XTRA Lease sales professional, you’ll own your street corner—which means you’ll understand your local market deeply and skillfully educate shippers about XTRA Lease’s value.
Branch Manager—A branch manager has general manager responsibilities, including supervision of branch operations, personnel, and full profit and loss responsibility for the branch.
Assistant Branch Manager—If you have experience in outside sales, you could qualify to be an Assistant Branch Manager. We’ll teach you the business! In this role, you’ll sharpen your sales skills, learn about our industry and manage sales in a local territory. After successfully growing your customer base, you’ll relocate as part of your promotion to manage your own branch.
