XTRA Xpress® is a standard service that delivers rental agreements to you quickly and clearly using e-mail. When your driver picks up or returns a trailer, you’ll receive an e-mail with the rental agreement. You get instant visibility into your trailer activity and no longer have to track down your driver for paperwork. Your driver receives a receipt confirming the transaction.
If you’re a Secure Account Member of xtralease.com, you’ll receive a link to the rental agreement to view on line. And, as a Secure Account Member, you can view, print and store 13 months of rental agreements. You can also select how often you’d like to receive Xpress e-mails:
- Receive one e-mail per rental agreement transaction.
- Receive one-email per day that consolidates all rental agreement transactions that day.
- Receive no rental agreement e-mails.
Xpress:
- Eliminates the delay in receiving rental agreements and usually delivers it to you before your driver could.
- Allows you to set up several recipients to receive rental agreements by e-mail.
- Presents the information in an easy-to-read format.
