When you rent or lease trailers, managing trailer damage is a big concern. Our Repair Cost Standards take the inconsistency and hidden costs out of damage repairs.

Our policy is straightforward and simple. If you return a trailer with damage, we adhere to the following cost guidelines.

For repairs less than $500, we:

• Charge the fair market cost to repair the trailer.
• Store the fair market cost for thousands of trailer repair items in our maintenance database system and assign repair costs accordingly.
• Do not add any service charge or mark-up.

For repairs more than $500, we:

• Obtain two estimates from repair vendors.
• Charge the lower of the two estimates.
• Do not add any service charge or mark-up.
