Chicago-based Multi Group Logistics recently completed a deal that will give them 700 leased dry vans equipped with aerodynamic side skirts, low-rolling resistance tires and trailer tracking from trailer lessor XTRA Lease.

XTRA Lease has ordered approximately 9,400 new vans and reefers for 2012, and now has approximately 25,000 trailers 2.5 years and newer. Equipped with aerodynamic side skirts, the new models will replace many older trailers being re-designated as cartage or storage trailers, or sold.
