XTRA Lease announced that its 2012 Size & Weight Guide, a reference guide containing state-by-state listings of size and weight regulations, is now available.
XTRA Lease has ordered approximately 9,400 new vans and reefers for 2012, and now has approximately 25,000 trailers 2.5 years and newer. Equipped with aerodynamic side skirts, the new models will replace many older trailers being re-designated as cartage or storage trailers, or sold.
XTRA Lease will host a day of customer educational seminars and demonstrations featuring guest speakers covering fuel-saving tips, CSA 2010 rules, a DOT audit demo and more.
XTRA Lease has ordered 6,000 new fuel-efficient trailers equipped with aerodynamic side skirts and low rolling resistance tires, providing fleets access to new equipment and opportunities to lower their fuel costs.
