As an employee, you'll have many choices to tailor your package to meet your needs.
Highlights include:
Health Care
Choose from two medical plans with several levels of family coverage for full-time employees, a POS (High and Low options) or an HMO (only available in
certain locations). The plans include many options such as routine and preventative care along with prescription drug services.
Dental Insurance
This plan covers routing preventative care, restorative treatments and more. You can also elect additional coverage for family
members which includes orthodontia care and implant coverage.
Vision Insurance
Under this plan, you and your dependents are eligible for vision care, including annual eye exams, spectacle lenses and contact
lenses. Frames are covered every two years.
Life Insurance
Employees receive life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance equal to two times their annual base salary at no cost. They
also receive dependent life insurance (if applicable) at no cost. You may also purchase supplemental term life or supplemental
dependent life insurance for a nominal fee.
Short Term Income and Long Term Disability Insurance
Full-time employees receive this coverage at no cost, to give them a source of income if they become ill, injured or disabled.
Long Term Care Insurance
XTRA provides full-time employees with basic long term care insurance at no cost. The basic LTC Plan is a monthly benefit of $2,000 for a three-year duration.
Employees have several options to purchase additional amounts and durations, as well as purchase insurance for their spouse and other eligible family members.
Reimbursement Accounts
Enrolling in health care and/or dependent care reimbursement accounts helps employees pay for care expenses with pretax dollars.
Vacation and Holiday Pay
As a new employee, you'll earn one day of vacation for each full month you work during the first year's employment-up to 10 days, as
well as three personal days. Then your vacation allotment increases to three weeks after four years of service, and to four weeks
after nine years. Employees also enjoy ten paid holidays throughout the year.
401K and Profit Sharing
On day one, new employees can participate in our 401K plan, administered by Fidelity Investments. XTRA matches up to three percent
of your contribution immediately. XTRA may also contribute
a discretionary profit-sharing, set annually, after your first year of employment.

As a new employee, you'll receive help reaching career goals because we promote continuing education. Pick approved courses
geared to enhancing your position in the company and you'll receive tuition reimbursement. At XTRA, you'll
also visit our in-house training center, XTRA University, in St. Louis. You'll have access to orientation
training and courses in management, operations and business fundamentals.
